TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Health Guarantee S Kennels Doxies guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of sale for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is extended to 3 years if the buyer enrolls the puppy in the PawTree Nutrition and Wellness program. Any hereditary or congenital condition must be verified by a licensed veterinarian in writing. 

2. Veterinary Examination The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of purchase (excluding the purchase weekend). Failure to do so voids the health guarantee. A copy of the vet report must be provided to S Kennels Doxies if a health claim is made.

3. Pet Only — Spay/Neuter Agreement This puppy is sold as a pet only. The buyer agrees to have this puppy spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. Breeding rights are not included in this sale. Proof of spay/neuter may be requested by S Kennels Doxies.

4. Right of First Refusal If at any time the buyer is unable to keep this puppy, S Kennels Doxies has the first right of refusal to take the dog back before it is rehomed, surrendered to a shelter, or sold to another party. The buyer agrees to contact S Kennels Doxies immediately in such a situation.

5. Non-Refundable Deposit A deposit is required to reserve this puppy. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances but will be applied toward the total purchase price.

6. Pricing Puppy prices vary based on color, markings, coat type, and gender. The agreed purchase price for this puppy is stated above and is final.

7. Limitation of Liability S Kennels Doxies is not responsible for any veterinary costs, injuries, illnesses, or damages after the puppy leaves our care, except as covered under the health guarantee above.
